The full launch payment for your selected package must be received before Temsta starts the store setup.
What does the launch payment include?
It includes the initial store setup, the included domain, hosting and the first three months of service. Monthly billing starts from month four.
When does monthly billing begin?
Your launch payment covers the first three months. Your selected monthly subscription begins in month four and is payable before each new service month.
Do I get my own domain?
Yes. A standard .com.ng domain is included while your subscription is active, subject to availability. Other extensions may cost extra.
Can I manage the store from my phone?
Yes. You can view orders, update products, change prices and manage stock from your phone or computer.
Which payment gateway can I use?
Pro and Mega include one supported integration with Paystack, Nomba or Monnify, subject to provider approval and availability.
Do payment gateway fees apply?
Yes. Payment gateway fees apply to online payments according to the selected provider’s terms.
Are delivery charges included?
No. Delivery charges are calculated per order and paid by the customer or vendor, depending on your store policy.
What happens if I stop paying?
An overdue store may be suspended after the payment grace period. Store data may be removed if the account remains unpaid.
