Do I get my own domain name?
Yes. Every package includes a standard .com domain for the first year, subject to domain availability.
Can I manage the store from my phone?
Yes. You can view orders, update products, change prices and manage stock from your phone or computer.
Can I add more products later?
Yes. The number listed under each package is the number of products Temsta uploads during setup. You can continue adding products yourself.
Does Temsta take a percentage of every sale?
No. Temsta does not charge a percentage commission on your product sales. Payment gateway transaction charges may still apply.
Which payment gateway can I use?
Pro and Mega include one supported payment gateway integration. You can choose Paystack, Nomba or Monnify, subject to provider approval and availability.
Can Basic accept bank transfers?
Yes. Basic supports manual bank transfer. The customer places an order and uses the bank details provided during checkout.
Are courier charges included in the package?
No. The package covers setting up the delivery pricing and integration. Actual courier charges are paid for each order by the customer or vendor.
Are payment gateway charges included?
No. Paystack, Nomba or Monnify transaction fees are separate and are charged by the selected payment provider.
What happens after the first year?
You pay the annual renewal shown for your package. This covers the standard domain renewal, hosting and continued use of the included Temsta setup.
Is a fully custom design included?
The published prices cover a standard Temsta online store design. Fully custom layouts, special functions and major redesign requests are quoted separately.
