• No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to abuse.

4. Usage Limits and Overuse

Each service plan includes defined usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in:

• Additional charges
• Temporary restriction
• Account suspension for non-payment

5. Server Location

All email data is hosted on servers located in Germany. By using this service, you consent to international data processing.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and all activities under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the current billing period.
